Homes By Sisson specializes in building unique, one-of-a-kind, waterfront homes on the Lower and Outer Cape Cod, and the Islands.  Since its inception twenty years ago, innovation and personalized service have been the foundation of the company.  Owners Scott and Randi Sisson embrace the special circumstances accompanying seaside construction; thriving on identifying the challenges of each project, whether it is modern or traditional architecture, and finding fresh ideas and solutions to benefit both the client and their beautiful setting.  From conception through construction, their energy, knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to detail, gives each owner a home with a style that is undoubtedly theirs. Design Services

We offer the architectural design services of Peter King, of Vail Associates in New York City, and Lori Sang Hsu, AIA, of LSH Studio in Woodside, California. In addition, we have worked with a number of other distinguished residential architects, including Charles Rose Associates of Boston, Daniel Sullivan of Santa Barbara, California and Paul Lukez Architecture of Somerville, Massachusetts.

Custom Homes

Homes By Sisson works with clients to build innovative custom and second homes on Cape Cod. While our focus is on modern and contemporary architecture, our portfolio includes a number of traditional homes. View our Galleries to see photos of some of our recent projects.

Process

At Homes by Sisson, we work through the entire process with our clients.  If you have property, we will take you from engineering and design to completion.  We are also pleased to assist you in finding that perfect piece of Cape Cod.

From the moment you walk through the door, you may take comfort in knowing that we will attend to every detail. Realistic scheduling allows your complex project to reach a definable conclusion. Order and predictability are our hallmarks.
